On Your Feet Entertainment is an independent production company founded in 2011 with a mission to tell original stories that illuminate the beauty, struggles, and triumphs that define the human experience.
From exploring the fleeting power of life-changing art to documenting the journeys of women geoscientists in the field, our work embraces both the extraordinary and the everyday. We believe it is often within life’s “ordinary” moments that extraordinary truths emerge. Through each project, we strive to capture these subtle yet powerful stories, revealing the profound connections and shared experiences that shape who we are.
Lexi Jamieson Marsh
Lexi Jamieson Marsh (she/her) is a filmmaker and the founder of On Your Feet Entertainment. Her creative foundation was established in the theatre where she witnessed the transformative impact a well told story can have over an audience. Her work celebrates the human spirit by providing a platform from which inspirational voices may rise and connect with an audience.
Lexi holds an Honors BA in Theatre from the University of Toronto, an MA in Directing from Miami University, and a Certificate in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy. Originally from Western Massachusetts, she has lived and worked in Toronto, New York City, Vancouver, London, and Cincinnati—the city she now calls her filmmaking home.
After years of freelancing, Lexi founded On Your Feet Entertainment as a collaborative, inclusive space where she could nurture her own projects while supporting the stories of others.
